LEGACY DIRECTION:
In order to
give legacy directions in favour of the
Nel Nome Della Donna Trust
it is
necessary to write an
holographic will i.e. a
will and testament
entirely
handwritten
and signed by the
testator woman, with date – year,
month, day. If a will executor is named, it is acceptable and perhaps desirable to give the will in a sealed envelope to the executor.
The holographic will, entirely handwritten, may be drawn on any kind of paper.
The
